These are indispensible assistants of the baker throughout the process that starts from the fermentation of the dough and range from baking of the dough to the presentation of the product on the counter as these provide for the dough to be able to be baked in more hygienic conditions and more homogenously since the dough placed inside does not get in contact with other surfaces.
