We have used in the production of this tray 1st class certified homogeneous aluminum with high condition values. In this way, the products on each point of the tray, takes the same temperature and cooked equally. Our perforated pan helps baked products faster by providing the heat efficiency. Symmetrical holes in the floor pan of the product by providing a homogeneous air circulation allows the cook.
