Baton Cake pans provides more hygienic and more uniform cooking without contact with the floor of the pulp used in steel production. Made from durable alu-steel. The strap protrudes outwards so that it can be placed on the baking rack.
Comparment and pan sizes can be produced according to the desired dimensions.
Available with teflon or slicon coating.
Teflon coated trays do not require lubrication, prevents the adhesion of the product and is comfortable to use.
