Baton Cake Pan

Baton Cake pans provides more hygienic and more uniform cooking without contact with the floor of the pulp used in steel production. Made from durable alu-steel. The strap protrudes outwards so that it can be placed on the baking rack. 

• Comparment and pan sizes can be produced according to the desired dimensions.

• Available with teflon or slicon coating.

• Teflon coated trays do not require lubrication, prevents the adhesion of the product and is comfortable to use.
