Round Bread Pans

Pounded pans provides more hygienic and more uniform cooking without contact with the floor of the pulp used in steel production. Starting from the fermentation of the dough, cook the maximum benefit to the producer to the presentation and benches and provides gain time.

 

  • Can be manufactured  stainless steel, aluminum or aluminized steel.
  • Pans could be combined with 3-4-5 pieces according to costumer request.
  • Available with or without non-stick coating.

  • Teflon coated trays do not require lubrication, prevents the adhesion of the product and is comfortable to use.

  • Used trays can be teflon coated
